Product: Office Jet Pro 6968
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My Office Jet Pro 6968 won't print in yellow. The cartridge was half full. I contacted HP. They sent me a new cartridge, but it still won't print in yellow. I cleaned the print heads 4 times. I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer software. Still no yellow. Any suggestions?
