Problem with Supply System on Office Jet Pro 9010

 

I changed the magenta ink cartridge.  Now I'm getting supply system error.  I have changed to another brand new cartridge, did the hard reset, etc. and the system still keeps showing the same error.  When I click on the ink levels, it is showing that the brand new cartridge is empty, but I have already tried 2 brand new cartridges.   Help!
