Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have a Office Jet Pro 8100 ( N811a)- wich I've bought brand new and discovered recently that I have issues with ink level.

The problem is that the printer either way don't show correct ink level( running low) but also that my yellow is giving me false ink level( low ink level).

Just to make it clear that I myself saw it on the printer quality that there was missing some coluors ( in my case red+ yellow), so the print was more or black/ blue.

But however this was because of I used an old setup cartige- wich runed out of waranty by many years.

But the new upcoming error with my ink level on yellow, is a new upcoming problem wich I didn' t had before.

But stangly when I rejected the cartige, and put it on an scale I found that the cartige had still a lot of ink.

I myself know that I've only printed a couple of pages ( under 100).

But however I myself think that the printerhead is damaged in some way( not physicaly, but somevelectronical)- since it seems that the printer is refusing to use the yellow cartige.

I myself has printed 12072- 3888 in colour.

Due to the printer report the printerhead was installed 2018/11/17- wich make sens since there was no previous owner.

I myself also bought a new printerhead previously- because that I've noticed bad printerquality( that the lines was not alligned)- and when I've done some printerhead adjustments the quality become worse.

Ofcourse I've ordered the proper one- and never used other than original ink.

Since I've already had installed( and completed the process once) with the new printerhead- I can't reuse it once more.

Becase however what will happend for me is that the error lamp flashes for printerhead adjustment.

But however I've read that it's possibel to do it manualy as well( not use the computer= Hp toolbox)

Acording to the instructions it should be possibel to do it via; Pressing Resum button x3.

But in my case it doesn't work.

Since this is rather frustrating for me,I don't know how to solve this problem.

Due to the printer report I got the following data;

- Firmware TKP5FN1545AR

I have Win ( both 7 & 10)- 32 bit and 64.

Since I didn't updated my firmware for many years( but also that there is a possibility that there is a newer one)
