HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've got an OfficeJet 3080. It's had problems for ages and I'm fed up with it.

First off, it says it's Out Of Paper whether there's 1 sheet in the loader, 5 sheets, 10, 20, doesn't matter. It ALWAYS says it's out of paper and I have to hold or press the sheets to load. It's been like that since about Day 5. Because this printer is garbage.

Also, no matter how many times I clean the print cartridges, no matter how many times I open the front panel and clean the rollers, no matter how many times I take a swab and some rubbing alcohol and clean the cartridges, no matter if it's new, full cartridges or older, less full cartridges, it prints like junk. There's parts that don't print, just faded or smeared. Color, black and white, doesn't matter. I run deep cleanings on the printer, I re-align everything - no luck.

I'm fed up and ready to rip this printer open. Let's talk parts. Are there two sets of feeder rollers? One for loading paper and one set for printing itself?

What are their part numbers?

Because I'm ready to rumble on this thing, let's get DIY repair-y!

Unless they're welded in there, they're replaceable. It's not like I can't take the printer apart and do everything short of resoldering the circuit boards here. I'd like the part numbers.

This doesn't help. I needed parts information. And every time I try to buy phone support it says the service is unavailable.

The phone system won't even let me talk to a person and doesn't recognize the serial number, even though the website recognizes my serial number. I'm about to lose my patience.
