Dear HP,
I have an OfficeJet 4500 G510n printer. It has started printing blank page all of sudden - overnight! It has been working okay with few minor issue like stuck pages etc but it was printing. I suspected it may be because of ink level so I replaced brand new ink but it still did not work. It prints blank "Cartridge" alignment page when I try to to alignment from the printer tools menu. I have tried cleaning the cartridges. I have tried searching online but no-where I could find a solution except that "monotonic" procedure of replace cartridges or clean it manually etc. I downloaded HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.4.1 hoping it might fix it but it did not. I do see many people complaining about similar issue but no-where there is a solution. Is this how HP make their product such that after sometime it stops working altogether so that consumer may have to buy a new one? Aren't you happy that we are buying your genuine HP cartridges to shell out money regularly? It is disappointing that HP makes such poor quality products and two there are no solution except 1)Buy expensive warranty 2) buy new replacement product. I have spent enough hours trying to resolve this issue so you can understand the frustration of a consumer when the product stops working overnight. I have done all these and some more "replace cartridges" Or "clean them manually" or "uninstall and reinstall drivers" or "restart computer" "power off printer, wait LONG-ASS time and power back on" etc etc.
Thank you,
Hitesh

@Hitesh287, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps. If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Fixing Poor Print Quality, and the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue as you have used a new ink cartridge.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
