One day, for no apparent reason, the printer stopped printing in color.
Some facts:
HP Officejet 4652 connected to Windows 10 Pro OS, 64-bit system through wireless as well as wired connection.
Completed actions:
1. Confirmed that Printing Preferences>Paper/Quality is set to Color (and not 'B&W')
2. Confirmed that Advanced Options was not set to print in grayscale: Off.
3. Even though the cartridge reflected 75% full/new, tried a NIB HP color cartridge. Still not printing in color.
4. Downloaded and ran through the steps in HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.7.1. Still no color.
5. Ran Clean Printheads multiple times. Still only printed in B&W
6. Aligned Printheads: Ditto.
7. Printed multiple Test Pages and used the 'evaluate print' function. Still no color.
8. Confirmed all software and drivers were up to date.
Cannot think of anything further to do. Please assist.
