I recently bought an OfficeJet Pro 6950 as an "emergency" printer because my other printer suddenly died on me. The printer works well, apart from one little 'glitch' - it doesn't print blue or green properly. There are thin white lines across the blue and green boxes on the Test Print. So, here's what I've done so far:
- cleaned the printheads....9 or 10 times!
- changed all the cartridges for new ones....twice! (so that's 3 sets of cartridges altogether)
- uninstalled and reinstalled the software
None of this has solved the issue. Any ideas about what's going wrong and how to fix it?

@pooterboss, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Try making a standalone copy in color and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues, and the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printhead.
Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
