HP OfficeJet 6954 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our HP OfficeJet 6954 inkjet printer is not printing black or color.  I've tried test pages, and it sounds like it is printing and outputs a blank paper.  I went through several of the community forum pages and tried power cycling the printer, checking vents on the ink cartridges, turning off print spooler and turning back on, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, etc.  I just tried making a copy and it also came out with a blank paper.  What else should I try?  We bought an HP 902 K ink cartridge and this started happening, then today I bought an HP 902XL K cartridge, and it is still not printing anything.
