OfficeJet 6962 does not print color

Hello, my HP Officejet 6962 will not print color. I have installed brand new 902XL cartridges. I have cleaned the printheads, aligned the printheads, and printed a test page, all to no avail.

It could be a defective cartridge too. Do you have any other color ink?

Hello Betty, none of the colors are printing. I bought 902XL cartridges (black, cyan, magenta, and yellow). The black cartridge works perfectly.
