OfficeJet 6969 will not print black ink

I have an OfficeJet 6968 printer out of warranty running Mac OS Ventura 13.5.  all of a sudden the black ink has stopped working.  I have cleaned the printheads multiple times, cleaned the smudges, unplugged the power cord.  Nothing has worked.  Any suggestions.
