Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Cartridge Blue ink installed, printer says OK, but it does not print. I bought original cartridge, already cleaned it. I am able to see cartridge levels in general (looking at printer touch screen), while I am not when issuing printer's report. In that report, printed on a paper sheet, I can see all the cartridges levels except from blue: I see nothing. I already exchanged the blue ink cartridge twice, then I suppose it's a printer issue. How can I solve it?

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the document fix:-

 

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report
