OfficeJet Pro 6978 Printing Pink vs Blue

Over the last 6 months my Officejet Pro 6978 has been printing blue with pink streaks instead of just solid blue. I have gone through all the printer maintenance options on the printer. I have replaced all of the cartridges. Cannot find a resolution. It's my understanding the print head cannot be replaced. Does this mean I need to replace the printer?
