Product: OfficeJet Pro 9010

My OfficeJet Pro 9010 started refusing non-HP cartridges after a firmware upgrade. It just says that they have been blocked since they contain a non-HP chip. This is despite me having cartridge protection turned off. I can't see an option to revert the firmware to the one that did not have the issue.

 

This is not only very annoying and stopping us from printing right now, but I believe it is also illegal in Australia. Could we please get this fixed.
