Hi @wjeffrey,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
There could be a few reasons why your OfficeJet Pro 9015 is not printing in color. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.
- Check your ink cartridges: Make sure that your color ink cartridges have enough ink and that they are properly installed. You can check the ink levels and perform a print head cleaning from the printer's control panel or software.
- Check your print settings: Ensure that you have selected the correct print settings for color printing. Check that the color option is enabled in the printer driver and that you have selected the correct paper type and print quality.
- Check the printer connection: Make sure that your printer is connected to your computer or network properly. If your printer is connected via USB, try disconnecting and reconnecting the cable. If you're using a wireless connection, make sure that your printer is connected to your network and that your computer or device is also connected to the same network.
- Update your printer driver: Check if there is a newer version of the printer driver available for your OfficeJet Pro 9015. You can download and install the latest driver from the HP website.
- Perform a reset: Try resetting your printer to its default settings. You can do this from the printer's control panel or software.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
