I just received my new HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e printer. I am in the process of setting it up. When I insert the ink cartridges that came with the printer, I keep getting a message that says "One or more cartridges are missing or damaged". I have reset the printer, unplugged it, tried different ink cartridges and I still receive the same message.

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding a replacement as this could be a hardware issue.
