Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Warranty replacement OfficeJet Pro 9015e printer document said to remove printhead from old printer and install in new printer. Digital display on new printer said, "Cartridge can only be used in printer that initially installed it.". How do I resolve this issue?
