Hello there,
Cyan does not print at all. There is no blue color on the sheet of the test page. But in the cartridge status it shows that the blue cartridge is full. For your information, the blue ink cartridge is new. Need urgent help!!!

Hi @DeniTi8286,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 printer is not printing cyan ink, there are several potential causes and solutions to explore.
- Check the ink levels: Make sure that the cyan ink cartridge has enough ink to print. You can check the ink levels using the printer's control panel or the HP Smart app.
- Clean the printhead: A dirty printhead can cause printing issues, including missing or streaky colors. To clean the printhead, go to the printer's control panel and select "Setup." From there, choose "Tools" and then "Clean Printhead." Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cleaning process.
- Run a print quality diagnostic: The HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 has a built-in diagnostic tool that can help identify printing issues. To access this tool, go to the printer's control panel and select "Setup." From there, choose "Tools" and then "Print Quality Report." Review the report to see if there are any issues with the cyan ink.
- Replace the cyan ink cartridge: If the cyan ink cartridge is low or empty, replace it with a new one. Make sure to use genuine HP ink cartridges to ensure the best print quality.
- Perform a firmware update: Updating your printer's firmware can sometimes resolve printing issues. To check for updates, go to the printer's control panel and select "Setup." From there, choose "Printer Maintenance" and then "Update Printer." Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hello Alden4,
Thanks for updating this thread. I tried all the methods you mentioned above and nothing worked!
Moreover, I did various methods of resetting the printer to factory settings and this did not help either!
What is left for me to do?
