I bought HP OfficeJet 250 All-in-one mobile printer so that I have access to a printer whenever I travel.

However, whenever I travel whether it be by plane or public transit, the ink cartridge leaks. This has happened multiple times with multiple different cartridges. The ink cartridge I have used are the HP Original 62 black Ink and the HP Original 62 Tri color.

How do I fix this so the printer can operate post-travel?

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that cartridges are leaking while traveling, I am glad to assist you.

Keep the cartridge in a zip lock back bag or air-tight back while traveling so that it won't leak.

I hope that helps.

Thank you for your advice, however, I have already tried putting the cartridge in a ziplock bag wrapped in paper towel and inside an air tight container. In both situations the leaking persisted.
