Officejet 4500- Issues With Shadows When Printing Product number:CN547A

Good evening,

I have tried Changing Cartridges ($60+)

I have tried all of the different suggestions to improve the print quality to remove shadows.

I tried help Virtual assistant, but they do not support my product anymore (And suggested that I buy a new printer)

I tried to contact a real person in support but- the auto message also prompts me to buy a new printer.

It seems there are a lot of people who have this exact same issue on many different printers. My test pages, alignment pages and occasions print jobs all print perfectly. Unfortunately the majority of my printing has a shadow in the print. I have the exact same issues as this

I am wondering if HP can help me (and many others out) with this issue?

If internal printer pages are printed fine you have a computer relates issue, probably a driver reinstallation/rollback will fix your problem.
