Officejet 4500
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hallo!

Hello!

Since I just can't get in touch with a support representative, I'll try this here:

My Officejet 4500 prints out of focus again after inserting a new (original) color cartridge. That was some time ago and could only be remedied by replacing the other cartridge.

Do I have to change both cartridges every time, or what is that supposed to mean? Surely it should be possible to produce die cartridges of the same quality, or is that asking too much?

If an HP employee reads this, please contact me!

Kind regards

Spatti
