Product: HP Officejet 4500 Wireless All-in-One Printer - G510n

OfficeJet 4500 G510N  - just purchased a new HP 60XL Black (901 cartridge replacement per HP Website) - now getting 'incompatible  print cartridge' error! Tried HP workaround but didn't work. Tried cleaning contacts on both cartridge and printer - no effect. Also tried unplugging machine, then reconnecting. No effect. Any suggestions? Need help!!

At this point, this looks like a faulty cartridge or the printer needs to be checked.

 

To fix this issue, will need additional support from our internal teams in HP. For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
