Product: HP Officejet 4620 e-All-in-One Printer

My HP Officejet 4620 has suddenly start printing blank pages. The ink is brand new replaced and the ink level indicates that it is full. I have looked into the solutions provided and done all the steps but still turns out to be blank. I am not sure what to do. I've tried removing the ink and placing it in again, I've shut down and unplug the printer, all of the steps that I could have done have already been attempted. I do not know what is going on
