I just got the ink cartridges problem message on the screen of the printer. I replaced both cartridges with brand new ones. I still get the message telling me to replace the black. I ordered a new 61XL black from Staples and put that in when It arrived. I still get the same error message. I have been unable to print for almost a week. How can I get this resolved?

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
