Product: HP Officejet 4655
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printing passport  photos, the images had horizontal stripes.

Troubleshooting found it on Draft mode.

Changed to High Quality mode. 

Printer reverted to monochrome!

Reinstalling driver for Win 10 got the color back but stripes (lighter) remain. Passport people will NOT accept.

I cannot find the software to clean the printer heads. It showed up once, then, POOF! into the ether.

Why is this so difficult?

Finally looked in the right place and found it. It's difficult because I'm old.
