How can I fix cartridge error or replace my cartridge when I don't have a replacement cartridge?  I was copying and then it stopped twice. My printer says black ink empty. So I am clearly out of ink.  I went to trade out for a new cartridge and there were none. Last shipment was in July. I tried to contact instant ink, who I have been a member of for years and liked the service up until now. I'm told that there is a cartridge error & to clean/replace my cartridge. They won't send a new cartridge until error is fixed. Need help what to do and it's after hours and the weekend. Anyone out there that can help me fix this issue? I'm a teacher and need my printer and ink that I am paying for but cannot have. Thank you in advance!!! mcgrawp
