Product: HP OfficeJet 5745 e-All-in-One Printer

I have an Officejet 5745 that is not printing cyan.  Yellow, magenta and black are all working.  I've just installed a new, genuine HP color cartidge and the problem remains.  I've done all 3 levels of cartridge cleaning and the cartridge alignment.  No help.  I did use a Q tip dipped in rubbing alcohol and cleaned the white pad under the color cartridge - no help.  I have NPM5CN2022AR firmware and my host is an HP Chromebook with Win 11 Home.  Any suggestions?
