Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear all,

after a replacement of the cartridges the printing quality has become very poor. No more clear edges, all colors seem to be all over the place. I opened the top cover and noticed that ink has been leaked. Printer maintenance function did not help as well as the printhead calibration function (calibration not succesful message). Pictures attached.

I really appreciate your feedback - many thanks.

@elt69, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I see that a large amount of ink has leaked inside the printer. If you are not able to clean it and if the print quality is affected, I'm afraid there is nothing that can be done to resolve this issue.

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
