Ciao a tutti vi spiego il mio problema

Trasferimento sede della mia attivita accendo la stampante e mi dice:

Problema cartuccia

Una o piu cartucce mancanti o danneggiate

Le cartuccie sono nuove(istantink) e l ultima volta che l ho usata funzionava benissimo
