Hi from Germany,
i bought an Officejet 7510 Printer back in 2015, worked fine until Cartridge run out. Replaced it with Third-Party Cartridges, wouldnt work due to the Restrictions from HP. Now, a few Days ago i bought new original HP Cartridges, it gets the same Error-Message as with the Third-Party ones. Whats going on there, did i break my Printer even for Originals, since i used the Third-Party-Cartridges ?
Cheers, Chris

@ChrisBlack, Welcome to HP Support Community!
The third-party ink cartridges will work. But there are many cartridges in the market which is refilled and sometimes the chip is not configured to work with the printer. You need to contact the cartridge manufacturer and find out why it is not working. Try a different cartridge supplier and check if that works.
We cannot guarantee printer functionality after using the non-HP ink cartridges.
If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
