Product: HP Officejet 7610

Why is the officejet 7610 not available to enroll in the hpinstantink program despite having a sticker on the chassie that says enroll in the hpinstantink program.

Because of the size, A3 printers are not supported in instant ink.

Then why the sticker and paperwork that says to get enrolled in the instant ink program to make your 7610 experience better.   That smacks a lot of false advertising when you tell the customer to join the instant ink program on a printer that you don't actually allow in the program

You should probably ask the seller who sold you the printer regarding false advertising.
