Before we were able to set up our officejet printer, one of our beloved children decided to play with the setup ink cartridges, and lost one of them. The printer won’t let us use the new HP cartridges we have subsequently bought, and insists we need the setup cartridges. How can we get round this?

I'd like to help!
I understand you are receiving a "use setup cartridges" error.
We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
