Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Bought new HP 952XL cartridges from Staples to replace existing as normal.  Printer has been working great.  Now pritner won't recognize new cartridges .  Bought a second set of hew HP cartridges and still same error..." Cartridge Problem....one or more cartridges are missing or damaged.  Until cartridges are replaced make sure printer is turned on to avoid damage to the printer".   How many "original" cartridges to I have to buy???
