Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer 1 month old, working well until having to change ink cartridge, replaced and get error message of a ink supply issue.  Tells to replace with another cartridge, don't have one yet as on instant ink and next one not yet triggered.  Tried all troubleshooting suggested.

Any suggestions?  As a result I have important meetings where I need to print document and can't, also I have around 300 pages of instant ink I will lose as it is the end of the month.
