Product: HP Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-in-One Printer

The black ink cartridge was low, so I replaced it with a new HP black ink cartridge and now it will not print anything in black. I've cleaned the printhead (all three levels) multiple times, re-aligned the print head, cleaned the cartridge connections, and I cannot get anything to work. All other color cartridges print fine. Any advice?
