Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

HP Officejet Pro 6978 won't print black ink (all other colors work) I have used the virtual assistant to help trouble shoot. I did all the recommended things, resetting, unplugging, updating software, cleaning contacts, cleaning print heads, aligning and buying new ink - very expensive way to troubleshoot. It still doesn't work. Not under warranty anymore. What else can I do?
