Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After severaland I mean severa timesl...uninstalling, reinstalling drivers, set of 4 new cartridges (which after several print quality reports) is using up my ink)??? Cleaning printheads several times printer is still only printing test page of black and blue?? NOT at all happy with this P printer. Never had this problem b/4!! Virtual Help is absolutely useless.
