Purchased the printer in September 2019.

 

Last installed set of ink cartridges was in July 2020. Printer is now asking for new cartridges and there are no options to buy them anywhere.

 

How is there not an official statement or response from HP? A Printer is only supported for 15 months now? 

 

I bought HP products all my life, for home and work. Never thought they would leave everyone out to dry. What am I to do?

To assist you better, what is the exact error?

Is the printer asking for the setup ink cartridges?
