Product: HP Officejet Pro 8625 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased 2 different packages of the color ink packages from Costco. Each time I've input the cartridges, I keep getting this error, "Incompatible ink cartridges". I have factory reset and downloaded the the most current softwire and firm wire. I have followed all the steps from the virtual assistance. What other steps are left that I can do to fix this issue?

I see that you are facing cartridge issues.

 

To isolate the issue, I would request you to elaborate the defect you are referring to.
