Officejet Pro 9010 pinks are printing as red and images are printing dark

Hi, my new officejet pro printer is printing colours incorrectly.  It prints all images darker than original images, prints pink as too red.  I usually print from Abode illustrator but get the same result when printing png image via windows or printing a pdf.

I have tried various settings,  windows controling printing and illustrator controlling printing preferences.  as well as changing profie from cmyk to rgb  but get same result every time.

I understand that you are facing print quality issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 printer.

Please follow the steps listed below to clean the printhead.

1. Load Letter, A4, or Legal unused plain white paper into the input tray. 

2. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch (Setup). 

3. Touch Printer Maintenance, select Clean Printhead, and then follow the onscreen instructions.
