I have moved to Italy from the US and had to purchase 963XL cartridges for my Officejet Pro 9015. The printer used 962 cartridges in the US.
I get the following error messages:
1: Insert cartridges that came with the printer. (I do not have those cartridges any longer so I inserted the new cartidges).
2: The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer. (The HP websites lists them as compatible with this printer).
I read that I needed to change the region and I did a regional reset by returning to factory settings, but I still recieve the error message.

I'd like to help!
I understand you moved, and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
