To restore my Officejet-pro 8630 to service, I purchased H-P's expensive printhead repair kit. I inserted the new printhead per the instructions that came with the kit and then inserted the new ink cartridges. I now get an error message that says there is no printhead installed or a paper jam. I find no paper jam and the printhead is brand new. What could be going on? Thanks, in advance, for any and all advice.
