Hallo, ich habe einen Office Jet Pro  8710. Normalerweise benutze ich immer original 953 XL Patronen. Nun habe ich eine 957 XL schwarz benutzt. Auf der Verpackung steht auch drauf, dass diese Patronen für meinen Drucker vorgesehen ist. Nur akzeptiert mein Drucker diese Patrone nicht. Nachdem ich sie ein gesetzt habe erscheint im Display der Hinweis: „ inkompatible Druckerpatrone erkannt“. Wie kann das sein? Kann ich die 957 nicht für den Office Jet pro 8710 benutzen? Danke für eure Hilfe.

Hi,

The HP Officejet Pro 8710 uses HP 953 cartridges only.

 

An HP 957 Black cartridge is compatible with the 8720 or 8730 models, it is not intended and cannot be used with a 8710 printer:
