My Officejet pro 9025e continues to show "cartridge depleted" even after installing new HP cartridges. I have tried the "resetT' procedures offered by an HP employee, but the problem persists. Please advise

Hi @Skagwaysteve ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you!
Take the following action to continue printing:
- Open the ink cartridge access door and remove the cartridge or cartridges indicated by the Depleted Cartridges must be replaced to resume printing message.
- Check the cartridge for leaks or damage. If the cartridge is low on ink, leaking or damaged, replace it.
- Reinstall the cartridge or cartridges, and then close the ink cartridge access door.
- If the error persists, contact customer support at www.hp.com/go/contactHP, or contact an HP-authorized service or support provider.
Keep me posted for further assistance
