Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After replacing the CN045A, with CN045AN ink the printer now displays a Device error on the screen. The Message\Error goes away when i place the original CN045A back in the printer. I contacted HP and they would not assist me further than offering to replace the printer or enroll in the all in plan.

 

The printer displays that the ink is compatible, but the ink cartridge has been the only change and the printer has been working flawlessly prior.
