I did not use my printer very much for a while, and I have not received black ink in 3 years. The color quality is poor and I can't help but think some fresh black ink would help. However, I keep getting told by the "robot" that I don't need it. I have started using my printer in the last year and the money comes out of my account every month. I think I should be shipped the black ink. Doesn't everyone else?
