There aren't many troubleshooting steps, you have a defective toner cartridge. Unless you have the plan to disassemble the toner cartridge and make a mess to finally figure out there is nothing you can do besides replacing the toner cartridge.
There are multiple causes of your issues, some of them might be a defective cleaning blade within the toner, or some dust and dirt buildup, or even a piece of paper or label stuck inside.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
