Hello, 

 

We have a HP OfficeJet Pro 8740 All In One printer, and it has worked flawlessly for quite sometime.  Yesterday, I replaced the ink cartridges with genuine HP cartridges (952XL) (not third party) and Im receiving an error "Older Generation Cartridges".  These are the same cartridges I have used in the past without a issue, and they are absolutely the correct model cartridge for my model of printer, so Im confused on why they are not working.

If this is a genuine HP ink cartridge, I would need some information related to the ink cartridges and the printer which cannot be shared on a public post for security reasons.
