Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, good afternoon, I currently have the problem that when I install the cartridges that I purchased, I receive the error that they are from an older generation, the printer is an HP PageWide Pro 477 dw, I would like to know how I can identify the ones that are compatible according to my region, thank you.

Thank you very much, that was the problem, I had to buy new cartridges, validate the expiration date and they worked correctly.

I just spent 3 hours on the auto-help and was told that there is an expiry date on the cartridge and it wont work after that!

 

HP auto-bots have decided that because someone replied, that my problem is solved.  IT IS NOT!

I do not accept that I have spent $300 on a pack of cartridges, only for them to be unusable when I go to use them because of an expiry date, they are still perfectly ok.  Why cant they be returned and swapped for new ones or a work-around be put in!
