I tracked the HP shipment, and it appears to be stuck in Houston. Since then, I have bought another batch of ink from HP and gotten it. I would like for HP to cancel that order lost in Houston, and refund my account with the $67.09 owed to me.
Why doesn't HP ensure that customer orders are tracked until delivery? I have heard nothing from HP.
