Copier indicated my ink was low so I purchased 6 new HP64XL cartridges at Office Depot. Screen said "The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer" I opened 6 new cartridges that were the same as the one that was in the machine that I have always bought. I went to store again and bought 4 more cartridges and the HP64XL screen says the same thing when they are LEGITIMATE HP 64 XL Cartridges. How can this be solved on a Copier that works fine except for this.
I can now not use my machine without ink !!!!
